Senior Account Director (Media)

Location: Hybrid roles open in Amsterdam, London, Maastricht, Rotterdam, Veenendaal, and Zwolle

What you will do

• Act as the primary senior business partner for a major technology client and build trust-based relationships.
• Drive a 20% year-over-year growth target through Paid Media, Social Organic, LLM, and Influencer opportunities.
• Lead the Account, Program, and Strategy “Trio” and make final decisions on delivery quality.
• Challenge clients and internal teams with growth-focused strategic ideas beyond execution.
• Own P&L, statements of work, and profitability for the Business Group.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of integrated Paid Media across Social, Programmatic, and Search.
• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream accounts in a global agency or consultancy environment.
• Experience or strong exposure to Social Organic and Influencer ecosystems.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to build strong senior-level client relationships.
• Ability to handle sensitive commercial conversations and reset expectations around budgets and timelines.
