Account Manager, Social Media (In House Creative Agency)

Location: London, hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote

What you will do

• Manage multiple social content and campaign projects from initial brief through final delivery.
• Build project plans covering dependencies, approvals, resources, channels, and fast-moving publication timelines.
• Coordinate creative, design, channel, account, agency, and supplier teams across BT, EE, and Plusnet.
• Consolidate stakeholder feedback, provide clear updates, and present work at key review stages.
• Manage legal, licensing, brand, quality, and platform approvals.
• Track budgets, project costs, purchase orders, risks, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Strong account management experience supporting social accounts in a creative agency, in-house team, or marketing environment.
• Experience managing creative projects end-to-end across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience building detailed project plans and managing dependencies across complex social campaigns.
• Knowledge of social platforms and production processes across multiple output types.

Nice to have

• Experience writing creative or social briefs and presenting work to stakeholders.
• Experience managing budgets, purchase orders, third-party agencies, or suppliers.
• Experience with Screendragon or an equivalent workflow management tool.
• Experience in social, influencer, telecommunications, technology, B2C, brand, or performance marketing.
• Understanding of agile working and production across retail, direct marketing, video, digital, print, SMS, and merchandise.
