Security Hardware Integration Engineer (AI): Integrating hardware security IP into SoCs for next-generation AI hardware solutions with an accent on Root of Trust and secure boot architectures. Focus on authoring RTL for security units and threat-modeling the full silicon-to-firmware stack.
Location: Hybrid (Israel: Haifa, Petah-Tikva)

What you will do
- Integrate internal and third-party HW security IP (Root of Trust, crypto engines, HSMs, TRNG) into the die and own the RTL integration code.
- Author RTL for security units, glue logic, fuse/OTP interfaces, and bus/fabric connections (AXI/AHB/NoC).
- Architect platform Root of Trust, secure boot, attestation, and confidential computing (TDX/SGX/SEV-equivalent) across server fleets.
- Threat-model the full stack (silicon, firmware, BMC, supply chain) and define HW mitigations against physical and side-channel attacks.
- Manage clock, reset, and power domains while ensuring CDC compliance and running lint/synthesis-readiness checks.
- Collaborate with architecture, design verification, physical design, and firmware teams throughout the development cycle.
Requirements
- B.Sc., M.Sc., or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in RTL development, SoC design, or hardware security integration.
- Proficiency in Verilog/SystemVerilog RTL, IP integration, and bus protocols (AXI/AHB/NoC).
- Expertise in roots of trust, TEEs, secure boot/firmware, and crypto IP.
- Experience with lint, CDC, synthesis, and DV flows.
Nice to have
- Experience with fuse/OTP provisioning.
- Knowledge of supply-chain security.
- Experience with multi-tenant cloud isolation.
