What you will do

• Own verification strategy and execution for complex AI acceleration IPs and subsystems.
• Build verification environments and define comprehensive plans to drive coverage closure to sign-off.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to shape the team's verification methodology and workflows.
• Champion and advance the integration of AI tools across the verification flow for improved leverage.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, DFT, and emulation teams to ensure correctness from block to system level.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• 6+ years of hands-on functional verification experience.
• Deep expertise in SystemVerilog/UVM, constrained-random, and coverage-driven verification.
• Proven track record of taking complex IPs or subsystems to sign-off.
• Demonstrated technical leadership in owning strategy and mentoring engineers.

Nice to have

• Verification experience with accelerators, datapath, or compute-heavy IPs for AI/ML.
• Familiarity with the broader development cycle, including design, DFT, and bring-up.
