What you will do

• Repair and service slot machines and related gaming equipment.
• Install, configure, diagnose, and final-test slot machines and associated equipment.
• Replace failed components during installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Perform preventive maintenance, rebuild equipment, and maintain assigned parts inventory.
• Keep slot machines operational, prioritize service requests, and maintain organized storage and work areas.
• Complete regulatory documentation, support training activities, and protect gaming equipment and company assets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, with mechanical or technical abilities and/or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to learn machine installation phases, place machine cabinets, and unload machines during deliveries.
• Ability to read and understand common technical manuals and perform basic math.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 80 pounds.
• Good guest service skills and willingness to work in a fast-paced, noisy casino environment with possible exposure to secondhand smoke.
• Gaming licensure is required before employment and requires successful compliance screening, which may include credit, criminal background, and drug checks.
