Supervisor, Field Service Engineering (iGaming)

What you will do

• Manage regional field service, reconfiguration, distribution, and related facility and satellite operations.
• Coordinate product installation, conversion, servicing, maintenance, and reconfiguration schedules.
• Visit customers and work with internal departments to improve service support.
• Develop operational processes, identify field service challenges, and coordinate solutions.
• Coach and mentor personnel while planning labor requirements and efficient resource use.
• Monitor company assets and inventory within the assigned area.

Requirements

• High school diploma; associate degree, technical school education, or equivalent work experience.
• At least two years of field service experience.
• Experience managing personnel in a service operations environment.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with PC tools, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, the internet, and intranet systems; ERP experience is beneficial.
• Knowledge of gaming devices and associated equipment, with willingness to travel on short notice.
