VP, Identity Security Platforms (Cybersecurity)

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, United States; hybrid work with required commuting to a nearest hirify.global Hub for in-person meetings, training, and culture events. Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $155,000–$260,000 USD annual, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Lead the management and development of identity security tools and capabilities within the Authentication & Security Services division.
• Develop and execute Identity Security product roadmaps as an Agile Product Owner.
• Manage the development, testing, implementation, and operation of ISPM and ITDR platforms to improve identity hygiene and reduce the IAM attack surface.
• Oversee Zero Trust access policy engineering and continuous adaptive access controls based on risk.
• Drive governance, technical excellence, operational processes, performance, availability, and risk management for enterprise security platforms.
• Collaborate with technical leaders, architects, engineers, security stakeholders, governance teams, and subject matter experts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, another technical discipline, or business management with 10 years of IT experience; alternatively, a high school diploma or GED with 15 years of IT experience.
• At least 5 years leading engineering or analyst teams and at least 5 years delivering and supporting technology solutions for medium to large enterprises.
• At least 5 years planning, designing, building, and managing enterprise security tools.
• At least 5 years of security policy engineering experience, including firewall, network, authentication, or Zero Trust policies.
• Strong knowledge of IAM principles, modern identity providers, directories, authentication systems, secure architecture, vulnerability management, and security operations integrations.
• Ability to travel for business and meet United States work authorization requirements.

Nice to have

• 10+ years leading mission-critical technology or security functions in a large, highly regulated enterprise.
• Experience with ISPM, CSPM, XSPM, or related security posture management tools.
• Experience as an Agile Product Owner or Tech Lead, with executive communication and cross-functional change leadership skills.
• Experience designing DevOps, API-driven, and fully automated service delivery solutions.
• Knowledge of SOX, PCI, NIST, cyber defense, information security, and IT risk management frameworks; CISSP, CISA, CISM, GISP, or CASP certification.
