Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada; hybrid

Salary: $77,868–$88,000 CAD annually

What you will do

• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and understand business priorities, talent needs, and long-term hiring plans.
• Advise on hiring decisions using market intelligence, recruitment data, and candidate feedback.
• Source, interview, assess, and present qualified candidates for open and high-profile roles.
• Develop talent pipelines proactively through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to improve recruiting outcomes and candidate and hiring-manager experiences.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience, from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday experience is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder partnership, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to use data and market insights in hiring decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and service.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in Canada.
