Recruiter, Early Careers (Financial Services)

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota; in-office at least four days per week, with flexibility to work from home one day per week. Travel of up to 20% is required for campus recruiting events, conferences, and team meetings.

Base salary: $71,300–$98,100 per year, plus potential variable compensation.

What you will do

• Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies for interns, recent graduates, and entry-level professionals.
• Build relationships with universities, career services, student organizations, and faculty.
• Plan and attend campus and virtual recruiting events, career fairs, networking sessions, and company presentations.
• Source, interview, assess, and engage early-career candidates while maintaining talent pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers and program leads to define hiring needs and coordinate selection processes.
• Track recruitment metrics, report insights, and improve early-career recruiting strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in early careers, campus recruiting, internships, or emerging talent hiring.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Experience managing multiple high-volume recruitment campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM platforms, and campus recruitment tools; Workday is preferred.
• Valid United States work authorization is required without current or future visa sponsorship needs.
