Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional and hourly roles in Operations, Engineering, R&D, and other functions across multiple sites.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR, and Talent Acquisition leadership to define requirements, timelines, competencies, and hiring expectations.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates through job boards, social networks, databases, web mining, and other channels.
• Build talent pipelines for high-volume and technical roles and manage candidates through screening, interviews, and hiring stages.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and process discipline in Workday and other recruiting tools.
• Support Talent Acquisition projects focused on process improvement and scaling recruitment for business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and prior corporate recruiting experience required.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-hunting skills, including experience with high-volume or technical recruitment.
• Experience recruiting salaried and hourly employees in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of ATS platforms, preferably Workday, and modern sourcing tools.
• Strong communication, prioritization, time management, problem-solving, and consultative influencing skills.
• Ability to assess candidate markets, anticipate hiring constraints, and balance business urgency with quality of hire.

• Knowledge of the chemical, plastics, or semiconductor industry.
