Production & Material Planner (Supply Chain)

Location: Veldhoven, Netherlands; hybrid setup with work from home permitted up to one day per week under current policy.

What you will do

• Plan, release, prioritize, and monitor pick-part production orders supporting warehouse and manufacturing demand.
• Monitor material availability, inventory health, consumption trends, and planning parameters for pick parts and standard packaging materials.
• Analyze shortages and root causes, coordinate mitigation actions, and follow issues through to successful resolution.
• Use reporting and dashboards to translate operational data into recommendations and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with Material Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse Operations, and Logistics stakeholders.
• Support new product introduction activities and continuous improvement across material availability and planning processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, planning, or manufacturing.
• Experience working with ERP systems; SAP experience is preferred.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, ownership, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to proactively identify material risks, drive cross-functional actions, and implement process improvements.

• Experience in a high-tech manufacturing or logistics environment.
