Demand Planning Intern (Supply Chain)

Location: Amsterdam, hybrid; home working is arranged in alignment with the team

Allowance: €625 per month for 40 hours across 5 days, plus full reimbursement of travel expenses

What you will do

• Support demand planning and customer collaboration for Benelux markets.
• Manage a portfolio and work with Sales, Marketing, Supply, and Distributors on consensus volume commitments.
• Prepare daily planning activities and reports that support decision-making.
• Lead continuous improvement projects in the o9 forecasting system to improve forecast quality, process efficiency, and team adoption.
• Update key performance indicators for the demand planning team.
• Build practical experience through cross-functional work, senior leadership exposure, and training.

Requirements

• EU/EEA students must be enrolled at a Dutch university for at least 50% of the internship period.
• Non-EU students must be enrolled at a Dutch university for the full internship period.
• EU working rights are required through EU citizenship or study in the Netherlands.
• Final-year bachelor's or master's student in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Econometrics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Good Excel skills or willingness to learn, analytical thinking, clear communication, resilience under pressure, and a collaborative approach.

• PowerQuery skills.
• AI prompting skills.
