Logistics Quality Improvement (Chinese Speaking)

What you will do

• Forecast daily and weekly order volumes and support capacity and resource planning.
• Set productivity targets, monitor operational performance, and identify productivity gaps.
• Drive efficiency, productivity, and cost improvements across warehouse, transportation, and last-mile operations.
• Analyze P&L performance, revenue, costs, budgets, and performance variances.
• Translate business targets into departmental cost, revenue, and gross margin targets and monitor results.
• Optimize operational processes and SOPs while coordinating with Operations, Finance, Planning, and Transportation teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics quality management or process improvement, preferably in a large e-commerce or logistics company.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and other data analysis tools.
• Strong communication, coordination, project management, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of logistics operations, the domestic logistics market, and relevant regulations.
• Chinese-speaking ability is required.
