What you will do

• Lead data science work for AI-enabled capabilities supporting the Global Supply Chain Data & Analytics team.
• Design, develop, evaluate, deploy, and improve GenAI assistants, agentic AI workflows, and advanced analytics solutions.
• Apply large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, semantic search, prompt engineering, multi-agent workflows, machine learning, statistical modeling, and time-series analysis.
• Establish evaluation and monitoring for accuracy, relevance, robustness, safety, user feedback, and human review.
• Collaborate with product owners, supply chain stakeholders, data engineers, software engineers, architects, and delivery partners to integrate solutions into enterprise applications.
• Provide technical guidance, documentation, reviews, and communicate risks, tradeoffs, recommendations, and business impact.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience, bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or associate’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with Python and SQL for data analysis, feature engineering, machine learning, natural language processing, and AI solution development.
• Experience developing GenAI and large-language-model capabilities, including AI assistants, retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, semantic search, prompt engineering, or agentic workflows.
• Strong foundation in machine learning, statistical analysis, exploratory data analysis, time-series methods, and model evaluation.
• Experience moving data science or AI solutions into production, including testing, version control, monitoring, MLOps, or LLMOps.
• Ability to work with large datasets, lead technical workstreams, translate business problems into technical approaches, and communicate results clearly.

Nice to have

• Experience with supply chain, manufacturing, or biotech analytics, including demand and supply planning, inventory, capacity, cost, or operational KPIs.
• Experience with cloud-based data and AI platforms, large-scale data processing, and enterprise application integration.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, governance, security, compliance, observability, and ongoing performance management.
• Experience working with analytical products and cross-functional teams in Agile or SAFe environments.
