What you will do

• Work on advanced process engineering technologies for the semiconductor and display industries.
• Conduct experiments and contribute to state-of-the-art research and development projects.

• Analyze information from multiple sources to evaluate and improve process solutions.
• Communicate difficult or sensitive information and help build consensus.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a PhD in materials science, chemical engineering, or a related field.
• Good academic standing at the university.
• Ability to solve complex problems and develop new perspectives on existing solutions.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Flexible and adaptable mindset suited to a results-driven environment.

Nice to have
