Salary: $58,400.00–$100,800.00 per year

What you will do

• Support, develop, and continuously improve 200mm semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Drive initiatives that improve throughput and yield while reducing costs.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to optimize equipment and processes for performance, reliability, stability, and cost of ownership.
• Lead hands-on troubleshooting of complex equipment and process issues using structured problem-solving methods.
• Collaborate with technicians, operators, technology development, integration, characterization, and quality engineering teams.
• Support product delivery, quality commitments, and environmental, health, safety, and security requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with graduation in 2027.
• Overall GPA of at least 3.0 and good academic standing.
• English fluency required for written and verbal communication.
• Ability to understand both equipment and process aspects of manufacturing issues.
• Availability to travel up to 10%.

• Project management, planning, organizational, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with diverse teams, customers, and internal or external partners.
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control and Design of Experiments.
