Associate Financial Advisor - Magog

Location: Magog, Quebec, Canada; on-site full-time. The role may require work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance, including evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Advise personal and small business clients by understanding their priorities and recommending personalized financial, investment, credit, and banking solutions.
• Manage a portfolio of mortgage clients and deepen client relationships.
• Build client networks through outreach, marketing, community events, and referrals to Imperial Service and Business Banking partners.
• Make outbound calls to existing and prospective clients to identify growth and revenue opportunities.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and support their digital banking needs.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience providing financial advice and achieving sales results through advice-based conversations.
• Current accreditation and good standing in a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds in Canada.
• Eligibility to meet CIRO-MFD licensing requirements.
• Strong client service, relationship-building, critical thinking, goal-planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Flexibility to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel to nearby banking centres.

• Current accreditation and good standing in CFSA (Certificate of Financial Services Advice).
