Associate (Infrastructure Investments)

What you will do

• Evaluate infrastructure investments across utilities, transport, midstream and data infrastructure.
• Build financial models, valuation analyses, financing cases and investment return scenarios.
• Lead and support financial, commercial, operational, legal, tax, technical and financing due diligence.
• Prepare investment committee materials and communicate investment theses, risks, value creation opportunities and expected returns.
• Support transaction structuring, financing, negotiation and execution through closing.
• Monitor portfolio performance and support strategic, operational, M&A, financing and capital allocation initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, infrastructure investing or a highly analytical investing or advisory role.
• Exceptional analytical, financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to assess investment drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience in infrastructure, power and utilities, transportation, digital infrastructure, energy or related sectors.
