Senior Associate Director, Nexus, Investor Delivery

Location: Toronto, ON, Canada; hybrid working

Salary: CAD 90,000–CAD 132,000 yearly

What you will do

• Partner with senior leadership on departmental initiatives, projects, and budget management.
• Support investor registration, transactions, reporting, cash management, and compliance with internal policies.
• Lead smooth client integration and participate in regular client relationship management reviews.
• Resolve sensitive or escalated inquiries from clients, investors, fund managers, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with AML teams and administrators to meet regulatory requirements and review operational reports, schedules, and files.
• Allocate team resources, support service-level goals, and provide mentoring, coaching, and performance feedback.

Requirements

• Experience in fund administration with leadership or mentoring responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of the fund industry and investor operations.
• Business-oriented judgment and a risk-aware approach to resource management and operations.
• Experience with Investran and Yardi is considered an asset.
• Ability to work in the Toronto hybrid setup.
