Vice President, Investments (Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Develop investment, business development and transaction strategies across infrastructure sectors.
• Lead industry, company and market research to identify investment themes and transaction opportunities.
• Develop investment theses, value creation opportunities and transaction structures.
• Lead financial evaluation, valuation, returns analysis, financing analysis and scenario modelling.
• Coordinate due diligence, legal, tax, finance and external advisor workstreams through signing and closing.
• Prepare investment committee materials, support portfolio and capital allocation decisions, build market relationships and mentor junior professionals.

Requirements

• Approximately 8–10 years of relevant professional experience with a strong investment and transaction background.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure investing and familiarity with data infrastructure, transport, utilities or energy.
• Experience evaluating and executing complex transactions, including financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, structuring and transaction documentation.
• Strong analytical, commercial, strategic, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead teams, manage multiple transaction workstreams and deliver high-quality work under demanding timelines.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills for communication with senior executives, investment committees, management teams and external counterparties.
