Creator Marketing Manager

Location: United States (Remote)

Salary: $95K–$150K base salary, plus equity

What you will do

• Build and operate the creator marketing program from campaign brief through content publication and reporting.
• Coordinate creator briefings, follow-ups, deadlines, content reviews, approvals, and publishing.
• Track campaign deliverables, identify risks and delays, and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Review content for brand guidelines, FTC disclosures, platform policies, and brand safety issues.
• Maintain creator databases, contracts, payment coordination, performance data, and campaign recap reports.
• Research creator partners and collaborate with the creator lead, external agency, Legal, and Finance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in creator or influencer marketing at an agency or in-house brand team.
• Experience managing external agencies, developing workflows, and building new processes.
• Strong understanding of authentic, platform-native creator content and brand alignment.
• Exceptional project ownership, organization, follow-through, and proactive risk management.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube creator content norms.
• Working knowledge of FTC disclosure requirements for sponsored content.
