Data Analyst II (Python/R)

Location: Remote in Missouri, United States. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $56,200–$101,000 per year

What you will do

• Analyze health management programs through data collection, validation, and outcome measurement.
• Perform data cleansing, reconciliation, trend analysis, and predictive data modeling.
• Create reports using Excel, Access, SQL, Business Objects, and core ODS/EDW databases.
• Gather and interpret business requirements, monitor data trends, and identify issues proactively.
• Execute data changes, update core systems, manage multiple timelines, and communicate risks.
• Produce reports for senior management and internal and external stakeholders while assisting with training for lower-level Data Analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience.
• Experience coding in R and/or Python with supporting SQL skills.
• Experience with IRS, CMS, HHSC, and HEDIS reporting.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
