Data Analyst (SQL/Python)

Location: New York City, United States; typically 3+ days per week in the office

Salary: $100,000–$135,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Expand the supply model by building foundational DBT data tables and models for the Partner, Marketplace, and Supply organizations.
• Investigate data anomalies and changes in business performance, tracing issues through the data pipeline to identify root causes.
• Build and maintain BigQuery analyses, operational dashboards, partner-funnel breakdowns, fill-rate monitoring, and cohort-performance reporting.
• Own the maintenance, reliability, and expansion of reusable data models that support recurring operational decisions.
• Develop predictive models, including feature engineering, backtesting, model evaluation, and communication of results.
• Collaborate with Supply, Marketplace, Partner Success, Product, and Engineering to translate business problems into reliable data solutions.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in analytics, data science, data engineering, quantitative operations, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong SQL skills and the ability to work through complex queries and datasets.
• Comfort with Python, including pandas and notebooks, for analysis and modeling.
• Experience with DBT or the ability to learn it quickly.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, ownership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work from the New York City office at least 3 days per week.
