Senior Data Analyst (Health and Wellness Analytics)

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; Home Office

Salary: $80,000–$155,000 annually, plus performance bonuses and possible stock compensation.

What you will do

• Identify and validate data sources against business requirements and quality standards.
• Use SQL, Power BI, Dataiku, and BigQuery to analyze, manipulate, and visualize large datasets.
• Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using advanced analytics and statistical methods.
• Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business and engineering partners to align data strategies with organizational goals.
• Apply data governance and management principles to support compliance, accessibility, and data integrity.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a related field.
• Proficiency with SQL, R, Python, statistical techniques, and business intelligence tools.
• Strong experience with Power BI and Python visualization libraries.
• Experience using AI in analytics workflows, including designing and deploying AI agents or autonomous systems.
• Ability to manage data quality and translate business requirements into actionable data solutions.
• Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree plus 2 years of relevant experience, a master's degree in a related field, or 4 years of relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail, merchandising, healthcare, or ecommerce.
• Experience with Spark, Scala, Tableau, or related analytics and scripting tools.
• Master's degree in a related discipline.
