Senior Manager Value Stream (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead daily value stream operations and continuous improvement activities across safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and lead-time performance.
• Implement the hirify.global Manufacturing System, standardized work, pull systems, continuous product flow, and problem-solving practices.
• Use PDCA and MDI processes, visual management, and Leader Standard Work to deliver operational metrics.
• Select, coach, develop, and performance-manage the value stream team, including training and cross-training.
• Develop and execute short- and long-range continuous improvement plans and facility strategic initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate successful new product introductions within operations and share best practices and external benchmarks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of progressive operations or lean management experience.
• Experience leading teams with diverse skill sets and driving sustainable KPI improvements.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment involving standing, walking, computer-based work, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
• Up to 10% domestic travel is required.

Nice to have

• At least 5 years of demonstrated lean implementation experience.
• Lean, operations, or supply chain certifications.
• Experience with SAP or an equivalent ERP system.
• Experience with flow principles, Kanban, and Plan for Every Part.
