Manager – Continuous Improvement (AI)

Location: Milwaukee, WI, United States. The role includes travel of up to 20% domestically and 20% internationally.

Salary: $107,650–$137,150 per year.

What you will do

• Develop and implement an enterprise-wide continuous improvement strategy aligned with operations goals.
• Standardize, document, audit, and deploy processes across manufacturing, planning, purchasing, sourcing, and manufacturing engineering.
• Define and deploy standard work, standard MOR, visual management systems, Gemba boards, dashboards, and control towers.
• Identify and implement software, emerging tools, and AI solutions to improve execution speed, decision-making, cost, efficiency, and quality.
• Lead data-driven process analysis, root cause investigations, KPI tracking, cost-reduction programs, and cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Present project status and impact to senior management while aligning product engineering outputs with manufacturing requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, business administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing organizations in engineering or operational leadership roles, with increasing responsibility and organizational impact.
• Experience with complex, multi-site organizations; electrical manufacturing, OEM or contract manufacturing, global operations, or unionized environments is preferred.
• Expertise in lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies, including DMAIC, SMED, 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, decision-making, and KPI analysis skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
