Continuous Improvement Manager (Lean Manufacturing)

Location: Lancaster, NY, USA; onsite

Salary: $85,000–$100,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate operational excellence activities across the organization.
• Plan and deliver lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement workshops and training sessions.
• Provide technical leadership and support to process facilitators and department teams across all shifts.
• Organize OPS communications and internal continuous improvement content.
• Develop, implement, and maintain OPS standards and roadmap compliance.
• Conduct audits, review performance gaps, report monthly on activities, and drive corrective actions.

Requirements

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies.
• 3–5 years of experience in lean or continuous improvement within a high-volume manufacturing organization.
• 3–5 years of experience leading change management projects.
• Experience conducting process audits and planning and leading projects.
• Green Belt certification in lean concepts or a similar qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong presentation and moderation skills, and good working knowledge of English.
