Senior Product Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: Foster City, California, United States; hybrid schedule with in-office work required on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Base salary: $130,000–$200,000 annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Lead product marketing launches for Replit Agent from roadmap planning through public release.
• Develop developer-first messaging and positioning for Replit’s AI coding agent across customer segments and channels.
• Create sales and growth enablement materials, including decks, demos, battlecards, and FAQs.
• Build competitive intelligence and analyze trends in AI coding assistants and application development platforms.
• Develop co-marketing initiatives and “Better Together” narratives with the partner ecosystem.
• Define metrics, gather feedback, and coordinate cross-functional launches with product, engineering, marketing, and the builder community.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience, including 6+ years in product marketing.
• Experience translating technical concepts into clear narratives in partnership with engineers and product managers.
• Strong written communication, storytelling, project management, sales enablement, and competitive positioning skills.
• Experience with app development or marketing to product, design, sales, marketing, or operations audiences.
• Understanding of AI and machine learning technologies and a track record of successful developer-facing product launches.
• Ability to work from the Foster City office on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
