Senior Product Marketing Leader (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; company location listed as Seattle, Washington.

Salary: $210,000–$350,000 annual base and commission compensation, depending on US market tier and job level, plus equity.

What you will do

• Lead product marketing across hirify.global Cloud, platform architecture, core primitives, SDKs, developer experience, open-source technology, and AI.
• Build trusted relationships with Engineering and maintain a clear view of the Product and Engineering roadmap.
• Evaluate technical capabilities and determine whether they require research, positioning, technical proof, launch support, or adoption guidance.
• Own monthly and special-edition launch processes, including tiering, narratives, audiences, assets, decision points, and cross-functional ownership.
• Write and edit positioning and messaging for major products and launches, explaining reliability, scalability, performance, security, capacity, migration, and developer tooling accurately.
• Manage and develop a Principal-level Product Marketing Engineer and a Staff Product Marketing Engineer while supporting customer interviews, strategic sales deals, ecosystem strategy, and joint launches.

Requirements

• Significant product marketing experience with developer tools, cloud infrastructure, open-source software, distributed systems, data infrastructure, or another deeply technical product.
• Experience leading senior individual contributors while remaining hands-on with strategy, writing, and execution.
• Demonstrated ability to turn technical work without a clear market plan into positioning, launch decisions, and adoption programs.
• Technical fluency in APIs, SDKs, distributed systems, reliability, performance, security, and cloud architecture.
• Excellent positioning and writing skills, with the ability to explain technical capabilities to developers and business value to architects and executives.
• Experience working with a large global sales organization and producing high-quality assets; experience with Command of Message.

Nice to have

• Prior experience as a product manager, engineer, solutions architect, or another technical practitioner.
• Experience with workflow orchestration, event-driven systems, microservices, cloud platforms, or AI infrastructure.
• Experience creating launch and product marketing systems in a scaling organization.
