Head of Brand & Communications (AI)

Location: San Francisco office, onsite 5 days a week

Salary: $250,000–$400,000 annually, plus equity and competitive benefits.

hirify.global is an AI interpretability research lab building interpretability agents and infrastructure to understand, monitor, and align AI models.

What you will do

• Own brand and communications strategy, including narrative, positioning, voice, and channel selection.
• Develop and execute social media strategy across channels such as X, press, blogs, and the company website.
• Translate complex AI interpretability research and applied partner work into threads, essays, blog posts, and explainers.
• Shape external communications about hirify.global’s capabilities, impact, and direction of the field.
• Build relationships with agencies, journalists, researchers, and influential voices across the AI community.
• Partner with founders and researchers to amplify their voices and drive inbound demand and recruiting interest.

Requirements

• Deep fluency in the AI landscape and strong understanding of AI interpretability and alignment.
• Exceptional storytelling ability, excellent taste, and high agency.
• Experience shaping company narratives and building an influential public presence.
• Experience producing high-quality public communications for technical audiences.
• Ability to work onsite in the San Francisco office five days per week.
