Recruiting Generalist

Location: San Francisco; onsite 5 days per week

hirify.global is building an AI-native revenue platform that unifies CRM, sequencing, call recording, enrichment, and pipeline management in one enterprise software system.

What you will do

• Source and engage candidates across engineering, product, design, and go-to-market roles.
• Screen early replies and applications for basic fit and hand qualified candidates to recruiters.
• Coordinate interviews end to end, including scheduling, preparation, rescheduling, and status updates.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and track pipeline coverage, response rates, and time in stage.
• Document sourcing strategies and scheduling workflows as hiring scales.

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, coordination, or a related high-volume operations role.
• Hands-on experience finding and messaging candidates.
• Strong attention to detail while managing multiple active processes.
• Clear written communication and a strong focus on candidate experience.
• High agency and a builder mindset.
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco five days per week.
