Logistics Specialist (Medical Devices)

Location: Remote within the United States or the Philippines

hirify.global is building a patient-centered virtual heart and lung platform for accessible home-based cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation.

What you will do

• Monitor inventory levels for cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation devices across programs.
• Support patients with lost or damaged items, delivery delays, billing issues, shipments, and returns.
• Investigate delivery and shipping problems with carrier partners.
• Troubleshoot delivery errors, packaging issues, and inventory discrepancies.
• Act as an escalation point for warehouse operations and maintain accurate inventory and device records.
• Collaborate with Member Experience, Warehouse Operations, and other teams to resolve patient issues.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or warehouse operations.
• Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems and Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple open issues simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including direct patient-facing communication.
• Experience working with shipping carriers and resolving delivery or billing disputes.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Nice to have

• Healthcare or medical device logistics experience.
