Program Scheduler (Aerospace)

Location: El Segundo, California, United States; onsite

Salary: $165,000–$275,000 per year base compensation

What you will do

• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules and Integrated Master Plans across development, design, testing, qualification, production, delivery, and sustainment.
• Build resource-loaded, logic-driven schedules with critical paths, milestones, dependencies, baselines, and change control.
• Integrate engineering, manufacturing, testing, quality, supply chain, finance, and supplier schedules into program-level plans.
• Perform critical path, float, schedule variance, schedule health, and schedule risk analyses, including Monte Carlo assessments and DCMA 14-point reviews.
• Support Integrated Baseline Reviews, Program Management Reviews, milestone reviews, customer schedule reviews, and government schedule deliverables.
• Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, SPI metrics, proposal schedules, BOE schedules, and audit documentation using scheduling and cost/EVM tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of program scheduling experience in the defense or aerospace industry.
• Proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent scheduling tools.
• Working knowledge of Earned Value Management principles and EIA-748 EVMS guidelines.
• Experience maintaining Integrated Master Schedules across the full program lifecycle and working with both defense and commercial scheduling frameworks.
• Experience with Integrated Baseline Reviews, formal government program reviews, DCMA 14-point assessments, and schedule risk analysis tools.

Nice to have

• PMI Scheduling Professional certification or similar qualification.
• Ability to obtain or maintain Secret, Top Secret, or SCI clearance.
