Supervisor 2, Program Planner/Scheduler (EVMS)

What you will do

• Lead planning professionals supporting divisions across business units.
• Develop and maintain integrated master schedules in MS Project throughout the program lifecycle.
• Incorporate contractual and programmatic changes while maintaining realistic schedule baselines.
• Ensure schedules meet government customer requirements and include resource loading, target budgets, and cost-schedule integration.
• Lead performance capture, schedule analysis, master phasing schedules, and EAC/LRE support.
• Integrate plans across finance, engineering, procurement, operations, manufacturing, quality, and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree may qualify with reduced experience requirements.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in program management or program planning and scheduling, or at least 5 years with a relevant master’s degree.
• Proficiency with scheduling software such as MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar tools.
• Experience developing integrated master schedules, evaluating critical paths or workflows, and applying EVMS or similar business processes.
• Experience with external EV reporting, DFARS EV clauses, subcontractor integration, and financial tracking.
• Active Secret clearance required; selected applicants must obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Agile planning and execution.
• Proficiency with the PMX tool suite or similar program management systems.
