Location: Greater Seattle Area, United States. Up to 10% travel and relocation assistance are available for qualified candidates. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or nationals, U.S. permanent residents, or lawfully admitted refugees or asylees.
Base pay range for WA applicants: $112,059–$156,882.60 per year. Colorado applicants: $102,721–$143,809.05 per year; other site ranges may differ.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain program schedules within integrated master schedules for in-space systems programs.
- Partner with technical leadership to load resources and analyze requirements for program milestones.
- Incorporate approved baseline changes and support change management activities.
- Lead schedule reviews, validate schedule logic and health, and provide status, risk, and mitigation insights.
- Coordinate cost and schedule plans with Program Cost Analysts for budgeting and cost analysis.
- Improve methods for building, analyzing, and reporting schedule performance across business units.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Project Management, or Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in program scheduling, planning, and controls.
- Experience creating integrated master schedules with resource loading using Primavera P6, Open Plan, MS Project, or similar software.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Excel and MS Project.
- Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous technical environments.
Nice to have
- Experience in aerospace research and development or manufacturing environments.
- Expertise with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Experience with EVM-required contracts and schedule risk analysis.
- Experience supporting DCMA, DCAA, joint site surveillance, or other government audits.
- MBA or project management certification such as PMP or Certified Project Manager.
