What you will do

• Design, develop, implement, and support business-managed applications, automations, data solutions, and reporting capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and sustainable solutions across the full solution lifecycle.
• Develop and support solutions using SQL, C#, Python, .NET, APIs, Power BI, Snowflake, Oracle, and SQL Server.
• Conduct complex research and advanced analysis to identify effective tools and solution approaches.
• Lead requirements-gathering meetings and maintain communication with stakeholders throughout development.
• Provide technical guidance, participate in code reviews and pull requests, and support application modernization and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience; a technical training program may substitute for the degree.
• 4+ years of experience in the field or a related area.
• Advanced SQL and relational database experience.
• Experience with C#, Python, .NET, or comparable object-oriented programming languages.
• Experience with APIs, systems integration, business intelligence tools, and production application support.
• Knowledge of database platforms such as Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, or Teradata.

Nice to have

• Healthcare, managed care, claims, or healthcare operations experience.
• Experience modernizing legacy applications, databases, reporting solutions, or automations.
• Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
