Network Engineer

Location: Pullman, Washington, United States; this position is located onsite in Pullman, WA

Salary: $81,300–$122,000 per year

What you will do

• Design, implement, research, secure, and support networking systems.
• Identify and mitigate risks in IT systems.
• Monitor, improve, troubleshoot, and perform capacity planning for network and IT systems.
• Support and troubleshoot complex user requests.
• Plan and manage projects while creating and maintaining thorough IT documentation.
• Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation and mentor IT interns and associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent IT experience.
• At least 2 years of related experience in a technical environment.
• Knowledge of IT methods, practices, procedures, and policies.
• Ability to learn evolving technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to confidentiality, ethics, and excellent customer service.
• Ability to use a ladder or scissor lift and lift up to 30 pounds.

Nice to have

• Technical knowledge of manufacturing or engineering processes.
• Experience with programming languages and scripting.
• Ability to meet SEL Motor Vehicle Report Qualification Standards.
