Network Administrator II

Location: Remote-USA; Monday-Thursday, 7:00 am-5:30 pm EST, with after-hours and weekend on-call support as needed

Salary: $75,800-$117,500 per year

What you will do

• Support, maintain, and optimize network infrastructure for stability, resiliency, security, and client services.
• Resolve service requests, incidents, problem tasks, and network changes.
• Participate in network hardware and software upgrades, vulnerability remediation, incident response, and compliance activities.
• Perform network monitoring enhancements, standardization initiatives, capacity planning, and routine operational tasks.
• Monitor client telecom circuits and coordinate incident resolution with carriers and vendors.
• Participate in incident bridge calls, on-call support, and technical consulting for internal and external customers.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in network administration.
• Solid experience configuring and maintaining Cisco routing and switching.
• CCNA certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting OSI layers 1-4 and managing security policies in a PCI-compliant environment.
• Relevant Azure and/or AWS certifications or equivalent experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, incident resolution, root-cause determination, and customer service skills.

Nice to have

• SD-WAN knowledge.
• Experience with Wireshark, SolarWinds, ServiceNow, or ADO.
• Bachelor's degree.
