Localization Specialist (Norwegian)

What you will do

• Translate and localize e-learning modules, knowledge base articles, emails, guides, and other customer-facing content from English to Norwegian.
• Use AI-driven translation and content adaptation workflows with human quality control.
• Coordinate localization reviews with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Delivery teams.
• Create mock tenders to verify in-platform labels and capture accurate screenshots for educational materials.
• Write and audit alternative text for digital imagery to maintain accessibility standards.
• Update localized assets as the product develops and incorporate feedback and product changes.

Requirements

• Native-level or C2 Norwegian with a strong understanding of local business nuances.
• Fluent English for English-to-Norwegian localization work.
• High proficiency with SaaS platforms and content management tools.
• Strong attention to grammar, tone, accessibility, and technical accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple localization streams and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong coordination and communication skills across cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in localization, translation, or content management in a SaaS or international business environment.
• Experience with public procurement or regulated sectors.
