Location: Billund or Copenhagen, Denmark. Hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office. Relocation support is not available.

What you will do

• Manage localization and language optimization of shopper-facing product content across digital channels and markets.
• Coordinate translation, localization, and Product Detail Page content delivery for major product launches and e-commerce activation.
• Manage global translation budgets and external vendors against cost, timeline, and quality targets.
• Improve SEO, keyword optimization, copy production, and digital content workflows to increase onsite visibility and conversion.
• Connect global content production with regional and local market execution across digital commerce channels.
• Support the testing and adoption of translation technology, automation, and AI-enabled localization solutions.

Requirements

• Experience managing high-volume localization, translation, or multilingual digital product content across multiple markets and languages.
• Experience managing external translation or content vendors against budgets, delivery timelines, and quality standards.
• Experience establishing or improving digital content workflows covering SEO, keyword optimization, and copy production.
• Experience managing translation, localization, or content production budgets using cost and vendor performance data.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup with an average of 3 office days per week in Billund or Copenhagen.

Nice to have

• Experience with machine translation, translation management systems, or AI-enabled localization solutions.
• Experience designing workflows connecting global content creation with regional and local market execution.
