What you will do

• Define and execute corporate-wide sourcing strategies for electronics, drivetrain, and other categories across business units.
• Partner with business unit leaders to optimize quality, service, cost, budgets, margins, and product development efficiency.
• Advise on supplier technologies, innovation, supply chain risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Lead supplier relationship management, sourcing roadmaps, supplier portfolio development, and procurement initiatives.
• Apply early supplier involvement, supplier-owned and managed inventory, supply agreements, should-cost modeling, and make-versus-buy analysis.
• Attract, develop, engage, and retain a high-performing team while managing communication and performance processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or an equivalent discipline is preferred.
• 10+ years of sourcing experience and 4+ years of people and project management experience.
• Knowledge of material requirements planning or enterprise resource planning and contract negotiations.
• Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
• Experience with international suppliers is preferred.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin.
• Experience with SAP.
