FP&A Manager

Location: Hybrid in Arlington, Virginia, United States

Salary: $180,000–$220,000 annually in New York, NY, depending on experience and interview performance; compensation is geo-adjusted based on location.

What you will do

• Partner with leadership, Revenue Operations, and Consumer Analytics to build annual budgets and maintain monthly forecasts.
• Own monthly budget-versus-actuals reporting, variance analysis, outlook reporting, and unit economics analysis with Accounting.
• Maintain integrated operating, three-statement, scenario, and sensitivity financial models.
• Define and track KPIs and build dashboards that provide real-time visibility into business performance.
• Prepare board materials, investor updates, and executive operating reviews while shaping the company’s financial narrative.
• Serve as an embedded finance partner and build scalable systems and automation with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in corporate finance, BizOps, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting, including at least 2 years at a technology company.
• Experience owning a planning cycle and partnering with senior or executive stakeholders.
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including building models from scratch; strong Excel and Google Sheets skills are required.
• SQL experience is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with FP&A and ERP tools such as NetSuite, Adaptive, Anaplan, Pigment, Vareto, Looker, Tableau, or Sigma.
• Strong business-partnering, communication, ownership, and process-automation skills; ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
