Financial Analyst, Graphics Solutions

Salary: $66,375–$99,120 per year

What you will do

• Partner with Sales and Marketing to provide commercial finance analysis, profitability insights, and strategic decision support.
• Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting, month-end close activities, and the Annual Operating Plan.
• Structure large datasets and analyze revenue drivers including price, volume, and mix.
• Manage recurring commercial performance reporting and respond to ad-hoc financial analysis requests using Business Intelligence tools.
• Build financial models and analytics tools that explain business results and support profitable growth.
• Collaborate with Commercial Sales, Marketing, IT, and Finance while supporting compliance, audits, SOX, and Trade Compliance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 3+ years of financial and/or accounting experience; manufacturing or commercial experience is preferred.
• Strong ability to build dynamic financial models and clearly communicate financial results and variance drivers.
• Expert hands-on skills in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and large dataset management.
• Strong collaboration, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in or be based in Mentor, Ohio, with remote/hybrid flexibility available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle EBS/R12, Salesforce, Pricefx, and Oracle Business Intelligence/OAC.
• Experience in a manufacturing or commercial environment.
