Procurement Manager, DSD & Inbound Logistics

Location: USA - NJ - Camden; business travel within North America, including Canada, approximately 10%

Salary: $107,600-$148,000 base salary annually

What you will do

• Develop and implement procurement category strategies for direct store delivery transportation, inbound logistics, and international logistics.
• Translate strategies into tactical plans, standardized policies, procedures, and execution mechanisms across business units.
• Lead RFIs, RFPs, auctions, response analysis, negotiation strategies, contract execution, and supplier contract management.
• Partner with Supply Chain Logistics leadership, business units, Legal, senior management, and external transportation and logistics suppliers.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost reductions, network efficiency, business continuity, and supplier issue resolution.
• Analyze and manage large datasets, conduct financial and risk analysis, and recommend optimal business solutions.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree, preferably in supply chain or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in procurement or transportation operations.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and senior leadership across multiple functions and align resources outside the area of responsibility.
• Strong project and time management skills for managing multiple complex projects.
• Strategic thinking, self-direction, innovation, and the ability to set executive direction.
• Ability to work in Camden, New Jersey, with approximately 10% business travel within North America.
