Learning Delivery Manager

What you will do

• Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate Delivery team members through goal setting, feedback, workload management, performance accountability, and career support.
• Oversee facilitation and delivery operations for enterprise and regional learning programs.
• Set standards for learner readiness, facilitation quality, session execution, logistics, communications, and operational follow-through.
• Manage capacity, facilitator coverage, scheduling priorities, resource allocation, rosters, materials, technology, and delivery-event preparation.
• Monitor learner feedback, observations, evaluations, operational measures, and service trends to lead improvement actions.
• Serve as the escalation point for learner, facilitator, staffing, scheduling, logistics, access, technology, and delivery issues while partnering with Facilitation, Programs, Design, and Enable teams.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the United States and must not require current or future immigration sponsorship.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in learning delivery, facilitation leadership, training operations, program delivery, or related L&D roles.
• Experience leading, coaching, developing, and evaluating employees in a complex, cross-functional environment.
• Knowledge of instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid delivery, facilitation quality, scheduling, logistics, learner communications, and operational readiness.
• Working knowledge of LMS transactions, learning records, delivery technology, operational controls, and escalation practices.
• Strong people leadership, executive presence, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, quality judgment, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Financial services industry experience.
• Professional facilitation, talent-development, operations, or project-management certification.
• Experience leading multi-location, contact-center, virtual, or enterprise-scale learning delivery organizations.
