What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain clinical training materials, including computer-based learning modules, manuals, exercises, and competency assessments.
• Create engaging, accessible, and interactive training content using adult learning principles.
• Evaluate training modalities such as eLearning, instructor-led programs, blended learning, and job aids.
• Integrate graphics, audio, video, and interactive elements into training materials.
• Collaborate with clinical operations subject matter experts to define learning needs, objectives, and course specifications.
• Design assessment tools, evaluate training effectiveness, and report outcomes to cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education, human resources, organizational development, instructional design, public health, drug development, or clinical trial management.
• Experience developing and delivering training in classroom, online, and small- or large-group settings.
• Ability to write instructional copy, text, audio scripts, and video scripts.
• Experience developing and delivering application or systems training programs is strongly preferred.
• Previous clinical research experience is highly prioritized.
• Working experience with instructional design and technologies such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Camtasia, Articulate, or Adobe Storyline.
