Senior Manager, Program Management (AI)

What you will do

• Drive change and transformation initiatives across the CFO organization.
• Lead end-to-end execution of finance transformation programs using AI and workflow redesign.
• Design future-state business workflows and create repeatable processes for information gathering, accountability, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, IT, go-to-market, and product stakeholders to define problems, test hypotheses, mobilize teams, and implement solutions.
• Develop project roadmaps, metrics, change management strategies, communication plans, and post-implementation reviews.
• Prepare business cases, decision documents, presentations, and other materials for executive audiences.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in technology, including transformation experience at a top-tier technology company.
• Strong AI, data, and analytics expertise, including agentic workflows and deterministic automation such as JIRA Query Language and Google Apps Script.
• Extensive experience managing system implementations, international compliance initiatives, AI-enabled redesign, and complex cross-functional programs.
• Knowledge of end-to-end financial processes, modern finance systems, internal controls, and financial systems harmonization.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Asana, plus strong expertise in SAP and Salesforce; experience with SAP RAR, BRIM/SD, S/4HANA, CRM, and CPQ is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, critical-thinking, accountability, and continuous-improvement skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Cognitive Project Management for AI principles.
• Experience with SAP RAR, BRIM/SD, S/4HANA, Salesforce CRM, and CPQ.
