Senior Marketing Manager - Narrative and Launch (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States, with travel to offices, customers, and industry events several times a year.

Base pay: $135,000–$165,000 USD per year, plus bonus eligibility and equity.

What you will do

• Drive launch planning, sequencing, proof points, readiness, and coordination across digital marketing, PR, and events.
• Develop brand, corporate, and product narratives for developers, device companies, analysts, and the broader AI infrastructure industry.
• Translate semiconductor and AI infrastructure technology into explainers, technical briefs, launch narratives, and customer stories.
• Create content, social, creative, event, sales enablement, analyst, press, and internal communications materials.
• Conduct competitive research and use evidence to shape positioning and market strategy.
• Build the marketing function's launch processes, enablement systems, competitive cadence, and operating frameworks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of marketing experience, including ownership of positioning, messaging, and launches.
• Strong command of positioning and messaging architecture, audience definition, launch mechanics, enablement, competitive practice, and brand expression.
• Ability to quickly understand complex technology and communicate it clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working directly with engineers, chip architects, researchers, creative teams, agencies, vendors, or freelancers.
• Strong judgment about public claims, clear writing, hands-on execution, process building, and comfort with ambiguity and hardware timelines.
• Must be able to work remotely within the United States.

Nice to have

• Semiconductor, hardware, or AI infrastructure marketing experience.
• Experience with edge or client AI inference, OEMs, or design-win motions.
• Experience making research and engineering work understandable to broader audiences.
• Both agency and in-house marketing experience.
