Senior Cost Manager (Data Centers)

Location: Wenatchee, Washington, United States. Ideally based on-site at the data center campus; remote candidates must travel to the job site for 4 consecutive days per month.

Salary: $108,800–$145,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and education.

What you will do

• Manage tender and bid processes from initial documentation through analysis and reporting.
• Control project cost changes by identifying, analyzing, approving, and implementing change requests.
• Prepare estimates, cost plans, valuations, cost reports, and final accounts for client developments.
• Analyze bids and project spending to secure value for money and support timely project decisions.
• Support construction dispute, claims, loss, and expense settlement.
• Mentor employees and foster high performance and professional growth.

Requirements

• Senior cost management experience, ideally within a cost consultancy.
• Experience in pre-contract cost management, budget control, cost planning, and change documentation.
• Knowledge of alternative construction materials and construction project costs.
• Chartered status or progress toward chartership.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
