Briefing Manager & Operations Lead (Data Infrastructure)

Location: Hybrid role requiring in-office work three days per week at the San Jose, California office only

Salary: USD 129,200–175,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of customer briefings and executive engagements through the SJC Executive Briefing Center.
• Translate customer and account-team objectives into focused agendas, discussion leader plans, and executive participation.
• Facilitate briefings, manage discussion flow, surface customer challenges, and connect conversations to relevant hirify.global solutions.
• Coordinate room readiness, technology checks, signage, catering, customer arrival flow, security, vendors, and onsite logistics.
• Identify and resolve operational risks while maintaining a polished executive-level customer experience.
• Maintain briefing records and collaborate with global EBC peers on process and experience improvements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant Executive Briefing Center experience in a B2B technology environment.
• Recent facilitation experience and completed facilitation training or certification.
• Experience partnering with sales teams, executives, product leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple briefing priorities.
• Technical fluency in data management, cloud, infrastructure, AI, or related enterprise technology solutions.
• Ability to understand customer priorities, technology trends, competitive dynamics, and portfolio differentiation.

• Technical background.
• Experience with briefing management systems, customized content tools, digital whiteboards, and hybrid hosting environments.
